I’m Dr. Melissa McHenry, founder of Zionsville Pediatric Dentistry. I earned my Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) and Master of Science in Dentistry (MSD) from the Indiana University School of Dentistry, completed a pediatric residency, and became board-certified.
Since opening the practice in 2003, I’ve focused on providing exceptional dental care in a fun, safe, and stress-free environment. As a mother of three, I know how important it is for children and families to feel comfortable during every visit. I’m passionate about helping children build a strong foundation for healthy smiles that will last a lifetime.

Our mission at ZPD is to provide a dental home and long-term dental success for our patients. Following the recommendations of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and the American Academy of Pediatrics, we educate families on proper oral health care. We focus on the prevention, not just the treatment, of dental disease and alignment issues with teeth and jaws in children from birth through high school, including those with special health care needs. We aim to make your child’s experience positive and anxiety-free, promoting a lifetime of good oral health.
